Universal scaler 10-42 "MT6820-MD v2.0 on the HX6820-A chip from Himax brings a new word in the repair of monitors and all devices with LCD matrices. You just need to choose the resolution and bit rate you need (read the datasheet on your matrix) and then install the jumpers on the board in accordance with the selected resolution and connect to the matrix.After these manipulations, you get a full-fledged monitor.Quite convenient for testing matrixes of monitors or laptops, you do not need to reflash this device every time.

Input voltage: 12v
Output voltage to matrix: 3.3v 5v 12v (selectable by jumper)
Resolution is set by setting jumpers. All jumper positions are written on the back of the board.
