The HC-06 module on the Arduino side is a common device communicating via a serial UART interface. To simplify the configuration of the module, its communication with various devices is debugged on the computer using AT commands, then the HC-06 bluetooth module is connected to the desired device.
The peculiarity of this module is that it cannot independently connect to devices, that is, it works in passive or slave mode. The information transfer rate is up to 1 Mbit/s. There are only 4 AT commands for the module: baud rate, set password and name, check version number.

  • Standard connection code: 1234 or 0000
